OUR Recruitment  POLICY:
We follow a stringent process to recruit our security personnel. The process is carried with a variety of steps which enables in procuring the best candidates.

First of all, we conduct the selection process which is done through following steps:
  • We inspect the applications thoroughly.
  • A Preliminary Interview is held which is further carried out by the review of the candidates.

Other steps include:

Review completed application
Written and verbal skills checked
Conduct complete background check
Assess the applicant in terms of awareness about safety, reporting procedures and general duties and proper grooming of a security officer.

After completion of these points, we follow the below cited steps:
  • Second interview with employment supervisor
  • Police verification of the short listed candidates
  • Job offer made
  • Assign position
  • Schedule training
  • Assignment to specific client site
